Our 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are Located in Hutchinson, KS, home of the Blue Dragons and Hutchinson Community College. All our Apartments offer as standard; central heat and air with energy efficient heat pumps, doubled paned windows to keep heat in while keeping cold and noise out. All electric appliances including oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, double basin sink with disposal and full size washer & dryer hookups. Bedrooms with large windows for natural light and double bi-fold closets, bathroom(s) with shower/tub combo, vanity and WC. Carpeted throughout with tile in kitchen and bathrooms, mini and vertical blinds for your privacy plus private entrance and private patio or balcony.

Community amenities include a community clubhouse, sparkling swimming pool, indoor mailboxes, gymnasium and basketball court, children’s playground and BBQ grills plus public transport stops adjacent and the 1.9 mile NE Hutchinson hiking trail runs parallel to our community.
