As a resident, you will enjoy our onsite amenities including a community room, swimming pool, indoor basketball court, children’s playground, and charcoal BBQ grills plus public transport stops adjacent to Prairie Village and the 1.9 mile Northeast Hutchinson hiking trail runs parallel to our community. For our residents’ convenience, our professional management and maintenance personnel are onsite Monday thru Friday, with emergency maintenance on call 24/7 for added peace of mind.

Pet Policy

Up to two (2) pets are welcome, 40lbs or under each with a one-time, nonrefundable $200 pet fee, $250 pet deposit, per pet, and a $25/month pet rent, per pet, all pets must be at least 1 year old, and some dog breed restrictions do apply, contact us for more details.

How to Apply

You can apply to live at Prairie Village Residences by either dropping by the leasing office located at 1300 East 33rd Avenue, Hutchinson, KS 67502 during office hours (Monday—Friday 8 am—5 pm), and completing the required forms in person. Alternatively, you can download and print the required forms below and mail them to us at the above address. Each adult (18+) who will be living in your apartment must complete a separate application. For us to process your application we will require a non-refundable $45 application fee, per application submitted. We accept checks or money orders, no cash please.
